Let's start from the top, from our DREAM ATTIC, our panoramic attic that will give you a view of Livigno from above, a priceless view, especially thanks to the two large panoramic balconies! It is brand new, suitable to accommodate four people and furnished entirely in wood, warm and cozy. Consisting of a double bedroom and a large living room with a double sofa bed, the attic room has underfloor heating and is suitable for a family holiday. The bathroom with shower has a relaxing special feature: it is equipped with an infrared sauna for two persons! Complete with induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, it awaits you for a dream holiday.

Sun Apartment
This is our SUN two-room apartment with a separate entrance, which directly overlooks Livigno's ski slopes and has a balcony. It is an ideal flat for four people, with a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. We want our guests to feel comfortable, just like at home. This is why we have equipped our flats with everything they need: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and hairdryer - nothing is missing, only you!

Here we are in the newly built two-room RED apartment, located on the ground floor of our Baita Nicoletta residence, ready to accommodate you during your family holiday.
The flat consists of a double bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a soft sofa on which to relax while watching TV (satellite TV available), a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave oven and dishwasher, plus a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. As for the rest of our flats, there is a Wi-Fi connection.
The flat is equipped with underfloor heating.

The last, but not the least, of Baita Nicoletta's flats is our three-room BROWN flat, on the ground floor. Also recently built and complete with underfloor heating, it is suitable for four people as it consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The living room is large and has a nice, spacious sofa on which to relax in the company of your family. The kitchenette is complete with induction hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hairdryer. Here you will find satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection too.
